I totally disagree, the divide is a film that challenges ones emotions, an amazing film in every way!!the divide sits proudly In my all time greatest top ten!

You should perhaps stick with the mind numbing dross Hollywood keeps churning out much like battle Los Angeles,, utter utter garbage.

I beg to differ - Gone in 60 Seconds. A bit cheesy at times, but still a good watch.

My vote is for Avatar - gave up after about 20 mins.

She was barely in it, and when she was then she was super cheese.

I Bought A Vampire Motorcycle. Walked out of the theatre mid/way through.
Although I would perhaps find it funny now I'm older.

Sniper.

Only gets interesting in the last few minutes, then they cut out the whole interesting bit about what happened to him. Stick with the trailer, it shows you all you need to see.

I watched 'About Schmidt' as it was critically acclaimed by quite a few people and stars Jack Nicholson but it was one of the most boring films I've ever seen, they should have called it 'About ****' as next to nothing happens in it whatsoever.

I didn't like the film called Traffic either, I thought because it featured gangs, guns, drugs and trafficking that it would be kind of Scarface-y but there were just too many storylines going on at the same time and it kept flicking between them all, spoiling the flow of the film in my opinion.

Avoid any critically acclaimed film that doesn't have guns, explosions, violence, fast cars or some decent t1tty action, they are usually boring.

I watched a film called Lucy a couple of months back, which was very highly rated here on SN. It has wiped itself off my memory, which is wonderful. I heard here that Lucy was Matrix's little sister etc. but The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo was more like the fantastic Matrix's worldly momma than that Lucy sh7te being its sister. Please avoid Lucy. Total waste of your tenner, believe me.

Disagree on the above,

The first 3 are all very good films, and would get re watched when shown on TV/ cable etc.

Hugo, whilst not mainstream, was very clever and is worth a watch.

Now had you mentioned Annie, i would have wholehartdly agreed, a big pile of steaming dross no matter what version
