Just done the above as I need a copy of a lease.

Comes up with the following:



Which one do I need

Tenure:
Leasehold Price Paid/Value Stated Data: No

Tenure:
Freehold Price Paid/Value Stated Data: No

I know the flat is leasehold so why is it showing freehold too?

Freehold will be for entire building and land it sits on. If you are only fussed with the lease aspect it's the former you want not the latter.
