Obviously not directly Scooby related, but of interest to petrolheads generally. Kit & Sports car show at Donington on Saturday & Sunday (14/15 Sept). All major manufacturers and component suppliers including large Ultima presence (mmmmmmm ).

I'll be there on Sunday in twin-bike-engine Westfield if weather is vaguely dry (no weather protection whatsoever!) and Legacy GTB if not . The Westie is for sale if anybody is wants to see it (blatant ad! ) I'll be parked in the WSCC area which is supposedly on the tarmac area right in front of the exhibition hall.

Cheap track sessions available too. 20min session for £25. Don't have to be a kit-car - I did a session in my Evo a couple of years ago. Usual helmet & noise rules. Nice way to experience the magic of Donington without having to spend a whole day killing your tyres, brakes and fuel consumption .

Oh, and while I'm on the Midlands forum, totally non-meetings related question - anybody know of a good place to service a Legacy GTB (import)? I'd really not like to try a Subaru dealer if I can help it. Newark/Nottm/Lincs. Service overdue .

Cheers

Andrew

There's an old name...

For servicing, you've got ScoobyMania and TSL both in Nottingham.

I'll be there on Sunday. DodgeT is kindly taking me out in his Westie so that I can redecorate the inside of my trousers

Hopefully it won't come to that though

Will it make me buy a Westie before a sensible car though? Hmmmmmm

I'll have to get the shrinking machine out tonight so that a passenger can get in as well, must remember to use it on the whole of my body this time though, not just my d1ck!
