I did this on my type R, i'll have a look if I have any photos to post up. I got an alloy air duct and piping from here:-

They do one that is 65mm IIRC that fits straight into the inner lamp holder.

air feeds already fitted the tightness holds them in an screw at bac some taken of the top of ducts for the flat part on the hole of the morettes if that makes sense bud
