Did you check if your recall was done before import, checked mine & it was done in 2017, before import, found a note on it in its last pre import service, & on the CARVX sheet, once translated by a help full neighbour.

It's worth checking, but the car was imported in 2016, and Subaru here have booked it in , so probably not. Thanks anyway.

By the way, randomly my dealer called me shortly after my earlier post and they confirmed that Subaru UK are of the same position regarding the possible windscreen damage : (
So the car is booked in and fingers are crossed.

Are there any digital gauge options available for oil temperature and pressure?
I've purchased a Defi DIN gauge but I have changed my mind now and would prefer a double DIN stereo instead so I am looking at alternatives for gauges.

If I have a double DIN stereo with Android auto and Torque Pro installed on the phone, will I be able to view the digital gauges on the stereo's screen?

Having fit possibly going on 200 airbags, This is the first I've heard of it. And I'm unsure how the hell you'd manage to break the windscreen, Simple reason is the dash pulls back before going up, which means its around 8-12 inches away from the glass

No definitely not bonded to the screen, There are 3 rubber coated pegs on the bulk head that the dash slots into, So it doesn't actually touch the glass at any point.

You need to add OBD2 for AA, small program on the phone that gives you the gauges option on AA. Also an OBD bluetooth ELM 327 adapter if you do not have one already.

I know a lot of people take the **** out of Facebook groups but I find alot of people are going over to that format because they find people alot more friendlier over on Facebook, and are actually willing to help someone who has no experience in Subaru’s and need help in a problem they may have. I find too many take the **** out of people on here and get on the high horse, and rather than helping they wanna make someone look small. But this group chat is good though. Only decent thing about scoobynet too be honest.

Facebook groups just don't have the technical answers compared with here, plus way too much on cosmetic tat. Agree on trolling here though, spoils it.
Its around 20mpg the now lol, which I thought wasn't too bad, to be fair I honestly hardly use it, 4k its done in the last year, I really do need to use it more. Seems pointless just leaving it sitting all week
