Looks good seems to really stand out in the sunlight.Thinking of getting a carbon front lip for mines to replace the Scott Lowe piece of junk - am going over to US/Canada in June and you can pick them up brand new for £160 and then post it home as a gift to my brother to avoid the tax/vat.

sounds like a good price for the splitter bmac! always fancied a carbon fibre one myself, happy with the colour coded one i've got but you can't beat a bit of carbon

what's bad about your one mate? bit of a bad copy?

Its splitting right along where the filler bit that goes under the bumper and the bottom lip meet - if that makes sense. Was going to get it filled and resprayed but my cousin who is a sprayer says the material is too thin and it will just go somewhere else. Its a Scott Lowe and was not cheap.

that sounds a bit cack like you say, they're not cheap from there!

mine is a bit thin in places aswell to be honest, but it was quite cheap so to be expected. can your cousin back up with some more fibre glass on the back to get you out of trouble?

fancy doing a group buy on the carbon ones?

You say the Scott lowe on isnt cheap, how much was it?

I paid £320 for the genuine STI front lip (with discount) retails at a snip under £400.

The c/f lip from the S204 I posted above retails at £819.99s

i assume these arent available for the classics, due to the lack of a surround around the windows?

do look nice and subtle though.

apparently it's a glitch with the subaru site mate i believe they will fit all the way back to 01 new shape as the b pillars should be the same.

either way, you'll have no probs fitting them to your 03

elmer, i have just pissed myself at that comment be nice to the newbie

I'll take a pic of mine and post it up tomorrow for you all to see the cheepo ones, decide yourselves then..

I would say they are slightly bigger than the ones pictured above and cover more of the standard plastic trim on the B pillar.

tomorrow then!!

Yeah you get instructions but it's really just a case of using some panel wipe on the B Pillars to get em nice and clean. Then just stick them on with the aid of a hairdryer to get the M3 backing nice and tacky so it takes a really good hold.

You cant fluber this up, if you do don't ever touch a spanner.

wow, that cheap! wish i'd seen them before, had a look on ebay and only found some for $60

does look a slightly different weave and do look a bit bigger, but i'm sure they look fine on your car. looks like the 3M backing isn't the foam type on those ones? probably makes no difference at all though.

good find that
