My old MY99 on WRX 17's

My MY00 on STi 17's

I prefer the STi wheels to the WRX ones now I've got used to them. They do look alot better in the flesh, whereas the WRX wheels look slightly better in photos.

You need to go with 215 wide rubber on both - the STI wheels have 225 as standard but it'll catch on a classic's wheelarches.

Nardoblue - you'll be ok with wrx wheels and 225 tyres, you get the problems with the STI wheels due to the bigger offset.

Mate thats my old car! Well that was its number plate anyway See my post earlier in this thread.

I'm glad to see its running again, where did you get it from? I hope you are aware of its history? PM me if you want details.

I never put sti stickers on it mind you, so someone else must of had it before you got it??

Got to say what are the odds it is the same one and those pics you sent me ouch!!!!! As you can see who ever repaired it done a bloody good job, it took me to crawl aroud under the car to notice something had been done and then it was still difficult.

As I have emailed you I have some major plans for her
