Yep, its a convertible. The M3 just seems to pull from 1500rpm all the way to 8500rpm, it never seems to give up and feels like it could rev forever. It does pull harder up the rev range but its nowhere near as bad as a big turbo car low down, its definately not on/off.... plus the noise and rasp of an M3 screaming up the rev range makes the scooby burble seem plane boring. I'd recomend one but i do miss the scooby, a hatch STi may be bought next summer if the prices aren't too bad.
