Hello once again,

What I want this time is some wrx rear light clusters, the ones with the white strip across the bottom. I have the all red ones all-red-y (ha ha) (maybe a bit of orange plus reversing lights are clear etc.) Does anyone know where I can get some? cheap.

I don't know why my wrx does not have them anyway, I presume it was changed after mine was produced.

Thankyou in advance.

Don't know why I thanked anyone in advance, apart from one private e-mail, no one has anything to say.

Please, anyone?

The red/clear rear light clusters only came with the MY99 import cars. Because they don't have a rear fog light built in there isn't really anywhere to get them cheap, as they would need to be imported especially.

The only place I have seen them available is from Graham Goode, but trust me, they won't be cheap!!

You could try and find an owner who has changed the red/white clusters for the uk spec. red/orange/white clusters. Although I think they are few and far between.

Hope this helps

Andy,

Do you mean the red/white clusters have only just arrived on the UK MY99 model? Just curious as my 97 sti has 'em.

Moray,

Only the MY99 Japanese cars have the red/white clusters, they do NOT come on the UK cars, whatever the age! In the UK we make do with the 'normal' red/orange/white clusters!

Are you the first owner, or did the previous owner/supplier change them?

Andy

If you look in mags like M** P***r, you can get the clear or red/clear light units for uk cars. Don't know how much though. Cheaper than GGR no doubt!

Andy.
I believe Moray meant are you sure they only came on 99 import models. He has a 97 Sti, and he has them (ie. what he's saying is you're wrong!!!!). All the imports I've seen apart from a few early ones have red/white clusters (therefore I'm saying you're wtong too!! ).

Red face

Stef,

I don't mind being wrong! (Honest!) It's just that most of the cars (pre-MY99, import or uk) I've seen with the red/white clusters were changed at a later date.

If I'm wrong fair enough.... I promise it will never happen again! (Properly!)

Cheers guys
Andy
