You need a wiring loom but HIDs are not standard on Morettes. So need to know what ballasts you have to ensure the correct plugs.

The ballasts need their own relay, fused power line and earth. The connections to the car's low beam plugs are just to send the on/off signal.

You need a wire connection from the dipped beam plug on the car loom. This should then connect to a relay. On one side of the relay is a live to the battery with an inline fuse and an earth. On the other side of the relay is a live and earth to the ballasts. When you turn the dipped beam lights on, this triggers the relay to open and power goes to the ballast. There will be another lead from the ballasts that connects to the HID bulbs on the headlights.

Do you have this as I can't see a live to the battery or an earth in the photos.

I have HIDs on my Bugeye, Blobeye and also aftermarkets on my M3 and they have all been wired as described. The dipped beam from the loom won't provide enough current to power the ballasts. That's why they need their own power supply from the battery.

You just need a generic HID loom from ebay or similar.

Put your old lights back in. Then take a photo of the loom/ballasts and their plugs. I expect we can find a loom online that will be plug and play - almost.
