Unknown connectors, should they be plugged in?

Default Unknown connectors, should they be plugged in?

I was under the steering column when I found a few things that look like they are supposed to be connected, I know the green ones put the car in diagnostic but what about the others? Pictures attached, car is an impress sport special 2001 if it Helps, +what is the Mitsubishi module for?

Black pair are the others mentioned when the green ones are used, one is to read, other allows reset,
The larger grey connector is the Subaru SSM connector.

If you read through this thread you will see what the black test mode connectors are for (leave disconnected

The grey connector is the check connector for SSM

The Mitsubishi module looks as if it's the OEM Immobilizer ECU - you almost captured the part number

Immobilizer ecu assembly
