Having trouble narrowing this down, or eliminating it, and its driving me mad now as it keeps draining the battery if I don't use the car for a few days

Car is MY00

If the interior light switch is set to the middle the door ajar light stays off, unless I brake hard then it flickers on along with the interior light flickering too

If I turn it to the off position, the door ajar light stays on all the time, and on occasion if I indicate right it goes off

I cant see anything wrong with the door switches

I am assuming it could be alarm related, car as a Toad alarm (unsure which model but the key fob is dark green with 2 black buttons) but it does not lock or unlock the doors, although the central locking does work with the key in the door

Any ideas on what to check
