Default Help please removing standard Momo steering wheel!

I have just bought an aftermarket Momo steering wheel and was wondering how you remove the standard wheel with airbag!

Cant seem to find anything on my particular model, any videos or pics?

Thanks

Set wheels at dead ahead, no stress, check steering wheel is central.

Disconnect battery, wait 30 minutes.

If you look behind/under the wheel itself, you will see two holes, at the bottom of which are two Torx screws. Remove them and lift the airbag, carefully undo any electrical connections, and put airbag in a SAFE place.

Now place socket over the central nut and, while an assistant holds the wheel, unscrew it: it unscrews as normal, anti-clockwise. It is on TIGHT, so be prepared for a struggle.

Now screw it on so that it is on the first two or three threads. This will ensure that, should it come suddenly loose, you don't get a busted nose Pull hard at the wheel while wiggling it right side-left side, and up-down, NOT turning it, wiggling it on the splines to help loosen it. It sometimes helps to have someone pull hard at it while you sharply strike a block of wood, placed over the central nut, with a hammer.

Once it's loose, remove it and check that the horn connection is not still fastened. If it is, undo it.

That's all.

Putting the nut on a few turns to prevent nose breakage is a priceless bit of advice

if it don't loosen up put a socket on the nut with a few threads loose and hit socket
the steering stem is telescopic so when you tighten it up it pulls it back into place.
Only do this if you cant wobble it off
