not possible unless you take the dash out matey. i always wondered this very question. and when i took my dash out for the flocking, i looked into it and then found out. it has quite large clips on the back that you have to push in. you might be very lucky and pull it from the outside in a lucky direction and you might get away with it, but beware, the plastic is very thin and snaps very easily.
