Prosport gauge turns on red when battery is disconnected and then reconected?
Has anyone found that the first connected gauge lights up red when the battery is reconnected after being disconnected? I have two sets and both light the first gauge up, not the other two that are in series. When ignition is turned on and off its ok again.
The reason this concerns me is that i have just replaced the battery because it was not holding the charge anymore, the new battery has also totally died in a month and was reading 1.99v making me think the gauges might be causing some sort of fault as it as happened since fitting them.

Can't put a switch in the permanent live because it needs to remember the warning setting and keep the beeping turned off.
Taken the connection for both sets from the wires that go into the stereo.
