High Risk Post Codes
I found this list on my travels while looking for insurance. I can’t remember where I got the list from. I’ve been on that many car insurance web sites over the last 2 weeks that I’ve lost count of how many and where they all were.
It is supposed to represent what are considered very high risk post code areas in relation to car insurance.
I take no responsibility for the accuracy etc. No doubt each insurer will have different views or lists that are regularly changed and updated.
<B>I’m just happy that my postcode is not on this list.
Supposed High Risk Postcodes</B>
B1-44, 66-71, BD1-10, BL1-4,8,9, BR1-8, CR0-9, DA1-8,14-18, E1-18, EC1-4, EN1-9, G1-62, 64, 66, 69, 71-78, 81 HA0-9, IG1-11, KT1-24, L1-38,41-49, 60-63, M1-28,30-36,38, 40, 41, 43-45, 90, N1-22, NE1-12,25-39, NW1-11 OL1-12,15,16, PA1-15, RM1-18, SE1-28, SM1-7, SW1-20, TS1-5, TW1-20, UB1-11, W1-14, WC1-2, WD1-7

Hmmmmmm, mine's not on the list, but I was told ML1 was a not so good post code.
Guess I should be thankful it's not on the most wanted list

Avi,
Snap! I'm in M29 as well. I'd dread to think what my quotes would be like if I was in a high risk area though.
Cheers for the warning about parking at Hope Hosplital as well - my Grans in there at the moment, so I'll have to use my Dad's compnay car to visit her (A6 turbo
)

If you Park round the Back on the "Visitors Car Park" , close to the buildings, you are on CCTV all the Time, on the big screens right in the middle of our Control Centre, believe me.. Everything that happens on that side is seen. It's just the Staff Carparks that are bad.
that are a knightmare.
You don't have a Silver Scooby (STi Spoiler) Do you????

Andy,
Cheers for the parking advice - I usually make sure I park in front of a CCTV camera wherever I go (the one near the barriers is usually my favourite).

I've seen the Silver scooby a few times round there - I might have to get one of those wings soon!
