Hello, been serching the forums for a while now but have not found an answer yet so i'll thought i'll make a new post.

Got a fresh import MY99 STi and i'vr got a replacement stereo to fit. Can anyone tell me how to remove the old one, or point me in the right direction.

In response to your post in general section aswell

Lift the handbrake cover up (just pops up, no screws), your then be able to lift the gearstick surround up (again just pops up no screws), now your be able to get at the screws from the lower part of the centre trim.

Once the trim is off your be able to see 4 screws holding the stereo in place.
