Anyone got any good ideas of how to fit some 6.5 inch Alpines to reaf shelf where the factory fit ones were. I've removed the 2 plates that held them in and have had all the rear seats out to work it out, but not sure how to fit them as they wont drop into the existing holes that are there.

I've constructed a bit of MDF that will fit under shelf with speakers in place under the original holes in the body work, and will hold CD changer aswell but there must be a more standard way of fitting..

We use a MDF (custom wood) adaptor, works very well with no rattles. Best not to run rear speakers if your planning to fit a woofer in the boot thou.... just spend the $$$ on better front components
