Default Pioneer avic f60dab stuck in start up

i have the above radio and it been fine since bought it when they came out. But last week i put a boot up jpeg pict on the screen for start up and home screen. And now today it has got stuck in the start up screen of the logo i put on and just says loading. So all it does now is is start up screen appears, loading then goes off then it just repeats itself. Tried disconecting battery and the rest button but no luck as i know it work be the software problem. Anyone know about it or is it back to pioneer

I tried the internet. Pioneer said to send it to dtronics. They tried re installing the software and it failed and still wouldnt work. So they said the micro sd card is corrupted. So its costing me £175 for a sd card with the software on it and £100 for dtronics to mend it or put a card in. . If its a micro sd card and it just goes in a slot and loads up for radio to work. Im sure it could be a diy fix. Im just woundering if the software could be copied on pc incase it does it again
