We have built a functional B2B SaaS product but the feedback is that it is "confusing" and "hard to navigate". We are engineers, not designers, so the UI is pretty basic. We need a UI/UX overhaul. Do we need a creative agency or a software development company that does design? I am afraid a creative agency will design something impossible to code.

As a non-developer it’s hard for me to say. I’d probably do this: first find several different web design agencies that seem trustworthy, so it’s worth getting get redirected here and checking out those options, then compare them and pick the one that feels most comfortable for me. And during a personal consultation with specialists, which is often free, I’d figure out what’s best specifically in my case.
