For example, if your audience is already familiar with your services, does running a webinar still bring value? And what about companies in niches where the visual or interactive format doesn’t naturally fit—should they still push to create webinars?

I’m not against webinars at all, I’m just trying to figure out if they should be seen as a core strategy or more of a supporting element in a broader content plan. Interesting question. From what I’ve experienced, webinars can absolutely push company development forward, but it heavily depends on execution and audience. I work in a B2B environment where decision-makers don’t always have time to sit through an hour-long session unless it’s really worth their attention. But when the content is tailored—think practical advice, exclusive insight, or something timely—they tend to respond well. We’ve used a webinar platform that lets us record sessions and distribute them afterward, which has actually worked better than the live sessions in some cases. That said, it’s not plug-and-play. You can’t just slap a PowerPoint together and expect engagement. We found it useful only after building a flow that includes pre-webinar emails, engaging visuals, a good presenter, and clear next steps.

I’d say webinars can help company growth but not automatically or universally. For us, it took a few trial runs to get the format right. One mistake we made early on was trying to cover too much information in one session. It overwhelmed people and diluted the message.
