With the rise of telehealth, you could develop a program that implements and evaluates telehealth for managing chronic diseases like diabetes or hypertension, looking into how it can improve patient outcomes and accessibility to care. Another idea is improving nurse retention rates by investigating factors affecting nurse retention in your hospital and proposing strategies to enhance it, such as surveys, focus groups, and implementing new support programs or professional development opportunities.
