I had an issue with my account that needed immediate attention, so I reached out to their customer service, calling the scottish power phone number. Unfortunately, the wait times were long, and when I finally got through, the solution provided was less than helpful. It’s really disappointing when you pay for a service that should be reliable, and then run into problems getting proper support. Has anyone else experienced something similar with their utility services? I’m curious to hear how you’ve managed these types of issues or if you’ve found better alternatives that actually take care of their customers in a timely manner.
