Default external wastegate

Bit confused here guys I'm looking a tial 44mm external wastegate to go with a sc35r billet turbo. But when ordering it gives you a spring choice and thats my problem any help please. for about 650 bhp.

Tial 44mm mvr should come with all springs, mine did.
Google it. Chart will say what springs give what pressure.

what boost will you be running? You would want a spring equal to or justlower than your low boost setting
