Default Boost Solenoid Wiring fault WRX 2003

Hi, I hope someone can help. I have been trying to fix the non-existent boost on my mums Impreza WRX Bug Eye 2003. If I connect the two green connectors under the dash the Boost solenoid will not click. I tried another Boost solenoid but still no clicking.

I tested the solenoids off the car and the Solenoid will click if you put a 12v feed to them.

I tested the plug that goes to the Boost solenoid and cant detect any current to it when the green plugs are connected.

Is there a fues or relay as part of the boost control circuit? Or am I looking at a fault in the wiring?

Also if you disconnect the plug and start the engine the fault code P0245 "turbocharger wastegate solenoid "a" low" so I assume the wiring to the boost solenoid must be ok or the P0245 fault would be permanent?

Any ideas appreciated! Cheers

Gareth

As above. I tried the green connectors on my wrx blob and nothing, then found out it doesn't work on newage cars

12v supply to the solenoid AND injectors is controlled by the Main relay with individual signal voltages returning to the ECU.

Would suggest you look at the boost solenoid piping for leaks/splits.

And that the restrictor pill is in place/clean.
