Default Vacuum pipe size

Hi I'm changing my vacuum hose for silicon pipe

Does any know if it should be 4mm or 3mm hose and does it make a difference ?
Thanks

Surely it depends on which vacuum hose you're replacing. What I've done is to measure the internal diameter of the hose I'm replacing. Cut the end, stretched bit off so you are measuring a 'fresh' bit.

Hi its the turbo to valve pipe
I have measured it and its just over 3mm
I already have some 4mm pipe
The question I really wanted to know was Will it make a difference if I use this or should I wait and get 3mm
Thanks

Couldn't say for sure I'm afraid. Would have thought as long as the fit either end was good it should be fine.

It's fine, 4mm will do.
