Default what size back box

Im looking at back boxes as mine is just too raspy alnost like a civic, its gone more raspy since ive put gt spec headers on, what back box would you reccommend for a very deep sound. Would I need a bigger back box? Its currently a 3" decat all the way through

I have a blitz nur spec on my uk turbo and that is very deep without the bung in.
