Help - wobble after tow from snow drift
Hi All,
Got pulled out of a snow drift last night by a 4x4. We used the towing eye at the back of my car but, now the car wobbles when I get to 40/50 mph.
Spoken to a few garages and they are saying it sounds like it will be more than just the wheel alignment. Has anybody had anything similar or got any advise?
Going to take it down to the garage in the next hour or so and would like to be armed with a bit of knowledge so I don't get ripped off.
Cheers
Craig

Just checked and 2 wheels had hard packed snow/ice in the inside of the wheel. I'm at work now so will need to wait a little while before I take it for drive.
Fingers crossed this will be it mate, thanks for the tip. Feel a bit daft for not thinking of that myself but, I'll take the shame over an expensive trip to the garage..

Hi All,
Well I'm pleased to report it was just the ice left in the wheel. It's a bit embarrassing that I didn't pick up on that myself but, thanks for the help, it's very much appreciated.
