Default New smoking engine?

Morning all,

I have just had my engine back from scooby clinic. They rebuilt the head (4 bent valves) on the passenger side of the engine and I have just refitted it.

I've ran it up to temperature 3 times now but it is still smoking from the rocker cover area on the side rebuilt.

Engine is running sweet, no fault codes, doesn't smell of oil (and I know I didn't spill any when refilling), there's nothing to plumb in down that area so really confused what it is. It's not throttle related as it is not effected when rev'd, stops smoking very shortly after the engine is switched off......any ideas?

Much appreciated!!!!

Adam

When its cooled down run your hand under the bottom of the head/cam cover and check for oil. Or get under it and have a look up to the head.

Just to point out, more than happy with my service with the clinic and they've contacted me regarding this..... Don't want anyone to think they aren't awesome ;D
