Fitted a gt30 today and now it's not running

It starts up and runs but won't tick over or boost when driving what have I missed water in and out good no leaks oil all good little boost pipes on inter cooler piping all back together and breathers are back on what else can it be

have you put boost pipes on correct?
i had same problem, turned out pipes were plumbed wrong
