I seem to have some kind of rattle sound coming from the turbo area, it only does it when I rev the engine a little and let it settle back down to idle, I have listened with a stethoscope, and it is loudest when I listen on the turbo, I can't really hear anything when I put the stethoscope on the engine

That sounds like the bearings have gone in the turbo and the blades are hitting the housing.
