Right quick hello before i start recently bought a 97 turbo 2000 after owning a jap wrx 93 a few years have decided i miss the smile you get when your right foot hits the gas

engine as it stands as i know of re build at 103k
full decat 3" straight through exhaust and up pipe
hks ssqv3 BOV
front mount intercooler
apexi sports intake
walbro 255 fuel pump
and a generic remap/ replace of a chip in the 8S ecu raising tolerances, fuel cut off amongst others not exactly sure what in the process of finding out from where it was done
hybrid boost control valve, low boost 0.8bar
high boost 1.2 was running 1.3
Stock tdo4 turbo
and injectors as far as i can tell no paper work to suggest other wise

Now here is my question what is the max boost it can run is 1.2 too high and what is the danger of running too much boost,with no fuel cutoff or how much can a safely run?
also have a strong smell of over fueling air/fuel ratio always 3-4 bars into rich on high acceleration is this a problem too?

Car its self is a dream to drive if a bit stiff on the coilovers but very quick and pulls alot better than the old one i had even more so than my old evo 2
