hello, i have the above system on my newage sti, i have noticed both joins on the flanges are blowing a bit so i need replacement gaskets, problem i am having is i have been searching high and low for a 3.5" diameter 2 bolt gasket but cannot find any UK suppliers!!??

is there anyone who has had a similar problem or know anyone in south east region who can make a couple up and fit? this might sound stupid but is making an exhaust gasket something a decent exhaust company will do?

also just to add to this how much does a blowing exhaust affect performance?

I had the same problem trying to get a gasket. You can buy a sheet of gasket material on fleabay and use your old one as a template.

I got the same problem searched all over but no luck.
But later found out that my tuner PBZ in Sweden got 3,5" copper gaskets.
www.pbz.se send an email and get a shipping quote.

I by stuff from UK all the time and the shipping is really cheap. So it should be the same from Sweden.

hello all, thought i would update this thread, more so for anyone else searching the future who might have the same problem as me! managed to finally source the genuine APS gaskets, they were the last set in the UK! i have taken a photocopy of them though and put the dimensions on as below should anyone else ever need them or to make their own gaskets and not go through the hassle i have had to!

As I wrote earlier, PBZ can supply gaskets in copper. They have it on the shelf and the advantage of copper is that they keep forever. Send them an email.
