Hi Guys
I am doing a stroker build with a CDB in my spare time off from offshore, just want some advice on heads to use, will my V6 heads be good to bolt straight on or do I need to use different heads ??

What power are you looking for and what fuel will you be using? The heads will bolt on no problem, but you need to know what compresion you want to run and work the build spec out from there.

Cheers for the info mate
Yea I understand that mate, I am lookin at 400bhp with suporting mods just on V power its a classic so 400 with simtec and decent turbo, injector, fpr, fuel rails, 6 speed gearbox and cosworth stroker 2.1 should be a bloody fast car..
This will be a long term thing, I do 4 weeks on, 4 off from work, so plenty of spare time and cash to do it.

Well lads I have bought some V5 heads off a mate on scottish Scoobies £100 so happy with that they should do the job. I will be changing the valve springs and cams for cosworth ones during the build.

+2 for v5/v6/p1 heads, fitted on my car as standard and perform perfectly, was advised no need to change them as they are great flowing heads,a good upgrade would be to replace the standard valves, springs with uprated supertech or cosworth versions and get them ported and polished.
