I have been wondering if a gas conversion on a 2002 bugeye.wrx is possible

Does anybody know

Hi , depending on the power output its completely do,able, you will need a valve lubrication system to work when its on gas though.The last scooby we did was a TT Legacy 285ish hp.

My 2005 wrx been on gas 9 months now runs perfect no power diffrence i can notice

all you need worry about is getting it mapped right like with everything and bit more tricky with gas as you have to warm up on petrol

ah ok so it requires a remap aswel does the car still run as if it was on petrol

prices vary but roughly £1300

lpg has a higher ron than any petrol so the LPG map is a direct copy of the petrol map in the car its being fitted to.

LPG don't requires remap,LPG usually have own ECU which is independent from OE Petrol ECU and LPG fitter will map LPG ECU for this etc.
