If it's off a bug then it has been converted to front entry (all TD05's left the factory side entry).

VF35 / Front entry TD05 16G usually hover around the £300 mark depending on condition....

Looks a very tidy turbo and a very neat conversion job..........I wonder if it's one of Andy Forrests ?

Does it come with the oil feed ?

It's physically a direct swap but the TD05 flows a lot more air than the TD04. Typically a TD04 is capable of 270 BHP and the TD05 around the 330BHP mark.

You therefore need to make sure the supporting components can cope. Air in, exhaust out, fuel, ignition etc.

Typically most people would de-cat (or sports cat), Good panel filter, NGK PFR7B plugs, improved fuel pump, STi intercooler, 3-port boost solenoid, port the headers...........and then re-map.

Tough critter........properly mapped it will be on the limit of the clutch and 3rd gear

I ran one........ Brilliant

Looks like an american Godspeed turbo...

http://www.godspeedproject.com/store...roducts_id=320

My TD05 is american and came from Deadbolt, another company that sells re-manufactured turbos.

Well worth a punt then

At least at under £300 you have some protection from Paypal .... just don't gift it
