Default Clifford Concept 50 Problem

I am currrently experiencing a problem with what I think can only be my alarm/immobiliser. I have a Clifford Concept 50 fitted to a 1996 classic with a brand new battery fitted and when turning the key in the ignition im getting nothing. On turning the key one notch I can operate the windscreen wipers, electric mirrors, hazards etc but when I turn the key to the next notch when all the dash, fans, stereo etc should work there is nothing. I can even turn the key another notch and the engine will turn over but wont start! Is there anyway of disarming the immobiliser by removing a fuse or anything else I can do to override/bypass it? Thanks in advance

You need a Clifford dealer, though if you want people to know how to disarm your alarm on your car someone could probably oblige, though I doubt you would be happy the next morning
