Ancillary Hose Installation Question

Ancillary Hose Installation Question
I've been using the guide here on NASIOC to install my Samco ancillary hose kit, and I have 2 hoses remaining, and need some help.
The above looks better than the majority of alternatives I've seen.
The first, which is numbered hose 6 in the image below, and is supposed to be the bottom coolant expansion tank bottom hose doesn't fit...tried it yesterday - no way that's going on - just looks too small.
I'm wondering if it should in fact be a top fit hose for that tank?
The second remaining is the one labelled "not used for USDM".
This hose has a label on the kit saying it must have the non return valve from the original hose fitted, and I can see where it goes, but I'm not sure what's involved in removing and re-fitting this valve, or what the hose is for.
Can someone enlighten me on what this hose is for, and whether this is a job I can undertake myself, and also if you know where hose 6 should go?
Thanks

That's one I haven't heard suggested before, but seeing the images, the hose looks a bit long in comparison to the oil cooler one.
I'm about to have another look shortly...we'll see...
Any idea about the non-return valve one mate? Brake hose of some nature?

It looks like there are indeed two brake servo hoses.
The first on the passenger side as you guessed which a mate and I guessed this afternoon, and the second includes the non-return valve.
Cheers Dunx! Just the non-return valve hose left!
I'm not sure whether to attempt removing this myself.
Anybody tried it?

Ive got the same problem with the non-return valve, its the only hose ive not fitted yet as the valve looks a pig to fit, was thinking of cutting out the valve from the old hose then heat samco in boiling water to soften and try to push it in???????
hope it helps.
