Default Do I need to reset the ECU after replacing Lambda sensor?

Replaced Lambda sensor after last one failed on my STi 6 (classic). Should I reset the ECU or will it "learn" now not to drink super unleaded like it's going out of fashion

Not really needed, just makes it learn the new values quicker
