Hi,

Went on a track day and i have managed to split the adapter on the up pipe for the EGT temp sensor..






The problem i have is the up-pipe has been welded to the headers as you can see below.



Im going to have a go at cutting the up-pipe from the header but to be honest i dont think ill be abe to do it so may have to get some new headers..

The car in a classic running a 2.5 cosworth bottom end, producing 400/400..Which headers do people recomend i go for?
Ive been looking on the roger clarke site and there's are £594 + gasket set..
Anyone know any other places i should call?
