Do Milltek 3" Downpipes go with other systems?

Fitted a Cobb back box and centre section to my milltek downpipe and it seems a tad close to my diff! Do Milltek downpipes go with other systems?

A friend brought it back from the states..Should have got him to bring the downpipe too..
Build quality is special.
