hi can any one tell me if i need to change the pulleys when i get the cam belts changed.been quoted £420 for the full set. and £150 for labour

 

59.95 top pulley ie tensioner bottom ones are 21quid each and gates belt 39.95 thats if its a classic all available from camskill oh and the pulleys are genuine nsk brand from japan (nsk made the pulleys for subaru ) tensioner will outlast 2 belts and bottom ones are so cheep it aint worth worrying about

 

depends how many miles its done? its good practice to change them at the same time. im just doing mine and noticed one of my pulleys has some play in it, so i will change them all to be on the safe said. not worth the risk imo.
