Default fuel pressure

i'm fitting a fuel pressure regulator to my sti version 7, roughly what pressure should it be running at?
i'm getting the car remapped in september, so will get it set up properly then, but need to know what to have it at for the time being

3 bar with the vacuum/boost pipe dis-connected, at idle. Will drop when you re-fit the pipe.

The vacuum/boost pipe connects to the dump valve, and then to the inlet manifold

The std. fpr has a very short vacuum/boost pipe going to the inlet manifold, this needs extending to the new fpr.
