Hiya, Assuming that you have undone all the nuts and screws that hold it in, then it will be the mastic sealer holding it.

It really does stick hard and you need to carefully prise them off with a large flat screwdriver.

It will be just the mastic. You need as much again when you refit whatever you fit or you will get rain inside them.

Theres 5 nuts holding the lights in not 4 incase you only found 4 and kept pulling!
