Default Where does this go???

Right put a new 100cell downpipe on so had the intercooler off.

While I was refitting everything I noticed this one pipe. Not sure if its the handy work of the cars previous owner or what but I can find anything about it online.

While the engine is on the tube is sucking air so must be under pressure and the other end joins a t piece into the dv.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Not totally clued up mate, but from my dv the pipe coming off the dv goes onto the right hand side of the centre of the inlet manifold.

My car is a 98 uk terzo so will be slightly different though.

How many pipes do you have coming off your dv. looks very similar to my sard r2d2.

Is it the pipe with the blue ring around it your talking about.

I would guess it's been a previous owner as it's cable tied to that other pipe.

nope the blue ring is the t piece where this random one joins the main dv tube and stretches from here on the right across to the left and ends at the header tank.

Is it possible it used to go to a boost gauge.

Personally i would either blank it off or remove the T piece and reconect the other pipe to the dv as i don't think it should be drawing air into the system.

As i said already i ain't totally clued up.

Yep, block it off.
As above, chances are it was run to a boost gauge.
