hi i have a starlet on a td04, i cant get more than 8-10 psi out of it at 5500rpm i have 4 psi then 8 psi at 7500 end of rev range watchin the actuator on the rolllers it does not move, done a test on the actuator its not siezed and it does hold its not adjustable though tried with actuator pipe off still the same just wondered if anyone had ideas thanks
