Question neeeeeeeeeed help !!!!

hi guys just fitted another inlet manifold to my 96 classic it has been totally stripped been polished inc the throttle body and idle control valve

now i have put it in and fitted a throttle position sensor and the idle control valve top from another inlet i had so i dont disturb my original one and now my when i run it with the sensors near as dam it to where the ones where i took of the car is ticking over at 2.5-3000 rpm i have twisted the idle control valve to its lowest point and i can just get it to 1100 rpm but when its cold it wont tick over
so is there anyway of setting the sensors up esp the throttle sensor ???????

You’re best of using the original sensors, the TPS and ICV could well be set different to what is on your car. You also need to check the throttle cable and idle screw on the throttle body.

It really would be more straight forward to use the original kit.

are you sure the inlet manifold is totally sealed to the engine??? if not take outidle control valve and screw it out to fullest point, put in and turn ignition on for ten secs then off for ten secs, back on for ten and leave running till engine warms up. ecu should learn the idle cntrol valves position
