Default Temp sensor

Hi from what i know its either at the rear of engine near the turbo/inlet manifold area...Very hard to see and get to. Or its behind the alternator, Remove the alternator to get at it.

It's the sensor with a large clip and 2 wires.

Regards, John

Take all the black pipes off to the inlet breather box from the top of the maifold, look down you'll see a sensor (as in above picture) really fiddly mate, release the wire connector undo sensor with a 19mm spanner, spin it out quick and replace it asap coolant will run out all over, top up, refit connector.
Not a tech head but done mine twice now, 1st time took 45 minutes second time 15 minutes mine was a 1995 import, hope its the same...
