Really daft question that is probabably logical but

My RA has a 5th injector - if I want to increase the size of my injectors (440s say) then I will need to get an extra 440 injector as well?

If that is the case then its a bit of a pain as they are normally sold in sets of 4!!

 

If I am right the fifth injector is for extra fuelling when cold. I don't think it has any effect on normal running. But watch this space I could be wrong.

 

The 5th injector does nothing, even when cold.

 

Is the 5th injector even wired up? As it was only fitted for rally homoglation purposes.

Nope don't think it is. Can't see how it would feed all 4 ports equally with were it's placed.

hi m8 the 5th inj is only for homoligation ,it does nothing forget it geo

 

I cut the fuel line to the 5th injector on mine when doing the parallel fuel rail mod, as it's spliced to the existing lines i took out.
It does have wiring to it, but as said, does nothing.
