ok can somebody gve me some specs on the heads how do they compare to other standard heads?

also if i use these what headgasket do i run old legacy ej20g or 97 gtb legacy?

what compression ratio will i be at if i leave the standard pistons in instead of dished or gtb?

it would be best to run the dished or gtb pistons as well if the CR is to high wouldnt it?
are the gtb pistons cast semi forged or forged? same with rods and crank how do they compare to standard bc5 legacy ej20g closed deck
